Know any reliable, honest (I know. It's an oxymoron) plumbers that will come out on a sunday?

I will vouch for Jim Reese any day. He has always been very responsive whenever I have called him for plumbing issues at various properties. His number is 340-277-5307.

I have also used Irea Cole, his brother Derrick Cole (772-1924 or 771-8400) and Mike Sissem (513-0056). When a plumbing emergency is involved, whoever you can get to show up first is the highest priority. But my first choice is Jim Reese.

So you called a plumber at 5 on a Sunday, left a message, and your problem was fixed by 8 on the same day? That, my friend is a miracle whereever you live!!

Good day!

Too bad the "service directory" section of this site doesn't allow members to post current reviews and recommendations for these types of posts. It's could become a helpful resource (in the absence of an Angie's List) for community members to quickly track down good vendors / professional services. It could even provide links to verify if the vendor has a valid license or any complaints on file. It would be valuable info for someone considering relocation ... As well as helpful for residents.

Perhaps Admin does make regular updates the "service directory" and I've just not noticed. Or perhaps those businesses listed are advertisers. In any case, it sure might be a helpful resource for the community!
