does anyone know what was taking place at the east end dumpsters yesterday afternoon? sections were marked off with yellow tape and there were numerous police vehicles.it also looked like there was a forensic investigation going on.it certainly piqued my curiosity!

A few days ago it smelled really bad like a dead dog. cat or deer. Maybe it was something else.

@Lily, I saw the same thing. Unfortunately I have no answer about what it was. I noticed some very distraught looking people who I did not recognize from the area.
