Need someone who does pressure washing on STX for a commercial job. Any recommendations (other than buy one myself)?

Others have told me separately that they'd like this info, so here it is:
These companies all rent pressure washers on STX. There may be others:
- Reliable Rental in Estate Pearl, 778-5738
- Ace Rental in Gallows Bay, 773-4010
- E-Z Rental in Williams Delight, 692-2039
I think the prices range from $55 to $70 per day. To maximize your rental time, ask what times and days they open and close, if the rental is same-day or a 24 hour period, and if a weekend rental carries an extra charge (Ace used to do that).
As far as a person you can hire goes, I don't have any great turnkey person to recommend. The people that I've found need my help to sort out the rental, to provide gas, etc.

Gordon Pritchard's company does house painting and cistern coating on STX. My wife is a property manager and has used his crew on a number of jobs, including pressure washing buildings and roofs. They do a good job, stand behind their work, are easy and responsive to work with, and we have never had any issues with any jobs they did. His numbers are 340-690-7341 and 340-773-2927.
