*To whom it may concern, I would like to know what it will cost me per year in tax should I buy a home not far from the water. Two bedroom/living room/kitchen/bath. My wife and I are in our mid 50's

Artie: It would depend on the assessed price of your property. They are currently reviewing the assessments as the result of a law suit. You should talk to someone in the real estate biz! To get an idea of prices, look at the real estate section on the home page here...
