I do boycot Pueblo.
Smells bad and the checkout employees are always miserable. And now this!

ON the other hand, if the Hospital on STX owes a couple million to WAPA, why isn't their CFO carted off to jail, too?

That is a really good question, TRW. I'm sure it far surpasses the amount they owe WAPA.

The court was worried about the owner Ahmad Al Khatib as a flight risk.
I ran into him today, @ Pueblo Crownbay, so i`m sure he will attend the court as Al Khatib is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Sept. 17 (tomorrow).
While his bail was reduced from $200K, to 2K, & then $5k was finally accepted(pocket change really if your charging over $2/lb. for .65/lb.chicken legs(retail)!
His lawyer Michael Sheesley asked Magistrate Judge Alan Smith to modify his client's bail and order that the $5,000 Al Khatib already posted be returned to him.

I agree, after all, Ahmed needs a couple bucks while counting his take in Chicago!
We`ll see how this doles out...

While I`m SURE if I owed WAPA $100, I`d be sitting in the dark next to a candle.
Though, I`m glad the operation is allowed to continue for the workers sake!
