Looking for small villa or condo in St. Thomas. Cash 150000-175000. Need info on hoa or condo fees. Need any info on anything available in that price range. Would like to keep as vacation get away.

Have you looked through the MLS
Go to http://www.usvicentury21.com/
and click on MLS and you can do a search through properties that are available.
