This is the one north of the hospital, right? Where Reminisce is? If so, I was chatting with someone who lives there and he told me consensus is that it's the best option mid-island.

If I'm thinking of the wrong place, sorry.

I lived in two different villas out in the hillsides in Q.Q. years ago and we loved it. Very rural feeling, lush landscaping around the houses. We've driven on all the little roads around Q.Q. on our vacations back to the island for the past several years and have been impressed with how well the area has been kept up. There are many new homes, too.

If you're talking about the villas that surround the pool/restaurant area, they look nice, too. I'd be curious how much noise is associated with people going to the restaurant up there... And also the noise of parking cars... If you have a chance, maybe you could go up there for dinner (or at dinner time) to check out the noise level. It may be a non issue. It's a great mid island location and it has a nice pool.

Lack of parking around the restaurant is sometimes a problem at Queens Quarter. Residents and restaurant patrons have to compete for limited spaces.

We've been living here for about three months and we love it! Parking could be an issue (depends on which apartment/villa you live) on the weekend but we have not had any issue. Friendly people, well-maintained property, and close to everything. We'll stay here for a while 🙂

On a somewhat related question, if you are looking for a property in Queens Quarters, what area would you search in the MLS? There's no estate named Queens Quarters in the MLS and I assume that general area goes by one or more other names.

I think that Queens Quarter is in Estates Diamond and Ruby.
