You think those VIPD want to do anything? Yeah ok wake up you are dreaming. Machine guns are scary they want none of that. Unfortunately the sad truth of living in paradise. The majority of the population are Morons. Fact.

And before all you flamers fire up, know this no i was not bahn dere, but did live on STX for 6 yrs. So keep sugar coating all the crime and realize things will never change there, you will get poorer paying wapa and you beloved senators, and then die of old age or more likely being in the wrong place at the wrong time and catching some lead.

If i need police I know they will come when called not only if they feel like it. (oh and they will do police work too not just burn gas)

I am sorry for my tone.
You can believe it when i say i truly love the USVI.
It pains me to see the people there allow things to contunue.

Short list
1 Guns (madatory 1 year) very funny. Never happens besides jail is too crowded. And waaaaa they are treated poorly (hello they are there for a reason usually a violent one)

2 Govt - people allow the circus to go on and on. voting is fixed wake up. Federal involvement is needed

3 WAPA legal theft from you residents by the Govt. Change #2 and maybe you can get help on #3

I understand its not the mainland trust me, however it is time to stop just accepting all the problems by saying that is the way it's done here.

And i guess i am a troll but if that is then so be it.
I have registered awhile ago and was not sure if i wanted to even bother cause i figured no one would care anyway, or just tell me i do not know nothing about dem islands dem. I just couldn't take it today. I caved in.
Between the govt layoffs(yes its terrible to lose jobs, but come on now, govt is out of hand and does nothing) and then this raining lead it was over.

By the way i have been away too long i forgot to start with good afternoon. Sorry.

ICEMAN,
I find that a lot of times the truth or humor doesn't always come out that well in print on most forums. I agree with everything you said because I've been here awhile. I'm kind of surprised by OldTart she has been around the block as well. I guess at times we all have to tone it down.:-)

@iceman. Right on!! Glossing over problems doesn't solve anything. Everyone in the territory suffers as a result of significant violent crime and crumbling infrastructure--even real estate agents, bar maids and boat captians. Intervention is long over due. Our dirty little secret. Shh...don't want the tourist to hear...

For the record, no need to apologize. I "get" your humor and appreciate the straight talk.
