I found this to be some excellent reading and very informative in areas I am generally not familiar with.

Although the full report takes a while to get through, I agree that it has a lot of good information.

The research summary is a couple pages but only provides a '100,000 foot' view.

I think the report's suggestion that it may take 15-20 years to expend the billions of dollars allocated in federal assistance is pretty accurate.

It would be interesting to see if any newspapers pick up on it and write a series of articles on the recovery and what still needs to be done - maybe that would help focus our politicians on what's important to the territory ( infrastructure, education, healthcare, etc).
