Registering a car in STT

I understand that its a 3 step process, which includes going to the police station to get a drivers report. My question is: do I just go to the police station to get it, or is there somewhere else that they will send me to (ex. another branch across island or something ridiculous like that!)

I'm trying to cover as much ground by foot as I can - police station & insurance company are within walking distance of eachother.
So I'd like to be able to plan accordingly.

Also, where is the DMV (RMV) located?

Thanks!

DMV is in sub base -- walkable from town or take the dollar ride to Pueblo or Nisky.

To be more exact, DMV is across the street from Pueblo in Sub Base.

Go to the police station in the ground floor of the Justice? Building, next to the Ron de Lugo Federal Building on the waterfront.

Unless I'm mistaken, don't they check for tickets @ the DMV?
I never herd of a drivers report.

Yeah, if you have outstanding tickets you have to pay at registration time, at least on STX.

They may need a driving report to satisfy an insurance company - the tickets are written on the cars' license plate # and checked at window 1 at dmv in STT.
