Amanda - have you done a pre-move visit? You need to go to the top of this page and click the Home link where you'll find a bunch of information, help and moving stories which will guide you.

Finding a condo which will accept pets is hard but finding any accomodation to purchase without being here is next to impossible. Your best bet woud be to be to hook up with some real estate agents and then arrange to make a PMV to hook up with them personally and find out what's available. Good luck.

Thank you...I have been reading through the site for the past few weeks....
I am planning on coming to the Island for an interview this month...I hope to meet with a real estate agent at that time....
Any thoughts on private house sales: places to look etc..

Are there condo associations that allow two dogs? I know Seacliff allows one small dog, but don't know of any that allow two....

These are very few Resort Condos that allow any pets on St Thomas. They are Sea Cliff, Grand View, Watergate, Pinnacle and Amalie View. Also, there are some smaller Condos that are not in resorts that accept pets. You just have to search for them. One example is Palm Gardens.
