i ment except wapa everything else is on par

... except for WAPA is cheaper or at very least on par with newjersey

I'm not sure you've got that right. I think the average rate in NJ is around 0.11/kWh. Here it's over 0.50/kWh. Don't go crazy with that A/C as you may end up with a huge surprise when you get your utility bill!

@ yearasta, your "quote" on your wapa bill of 700-1200 is that with or without a/c ?

THIS THREAD makes me feel SO MUCH better about school options in STT/USVI in general. We're looking into moving to STT and the biggest hangup (besides finances of course) is the school system. We'd be moving with a 6th grader and a kindergartener (both girls).
