Hello everyone im from Minnesota and am currently thinking about moving down to St. Thomas. I would like to find a 3 or 4 bedroom house or condo to rent in the price rang of $1000 to $1800. If anyone also has any advice on moving down there im all ears. Thank You

3 and 4 bedroom houses and condos here rent for more than $1800/month.

You can bring up a weekly advertising supplement that has a very comprehensive and representative listing of places to rent at www.virginislandsdailynews.com and click on 'Island Trader' which is on the right hand side - $1800 is certainly a low budget for 3-4 bedrooms but sometimes possible - it will likely only have a frig and stove but be empty otherwise and no utilities would be included in almost any case - learning what area you would really want to live in on STT will require a pre move visit - totally unlikely anything at $1800 would be a condo - likely a very urban small house or possibly in a remote location requiring a very reliable 4W drive vehicle.
There is a lot of useful info on this site above - well worth taking the time to read.
