My wife, six year old daughter, dog and I are relocating to St Croix. I am a contractor in New York w/ electrical, plumbing, tiling, carpentry and all around handyman skills. We are looking to build our own home, but in the mean time we need a 2 bedroom house or an apartment. Our preference would be to rent a house and if the owner would need work I could be the one to do that work. We are in the process of selling our house and hope to make the move in June.
