Hi,
We are vacationing there with many family members in a couple of weeks, is there a place we can rent snorkel gear for like 5 to 10 ppl cheaply?

It depends on where you're staying, but the higher end resorts (like Buccaneer) carry snorkel equipment for their guests at no charge. It never hurts to ask!

Most of the dive shops rent snorkel gear too (not always cheap though).

Cane Bay Dive Shop rents fins and snorkel/mask for $12/day, but I'd bet if you have a package deal, you could get it for less.
