WTF,? They drop charges against the scumbag who robbed Quality and aimed a gun at officers so he can go off island and get medical treatment? In other words he is related to someone.

You sure about dropping the charges? They don't need to drop them to move him for treatment...

A suspect must be advised of rights within 48 hours of arrest.
Suspect is heavily sedated (pain killers) and cannot comprehend the charges or reading.
Withdraw the charges, wait until he is cognizant of himself and his situation, then re-file
the charges, arrest him and read him the rights.

Relying on talk radio for your 'news' is not a good idea.

Like many have said, TAKE NO PRISONERS! Do away with them while you have the opportunity and save us all a lot of aggravation, time and money.

So, the paper says that now an investigation Is being done against the police officers for discharging their weapons! WTF!

Ditto. They withdrew the charges "without prejudice," so the AG is able to refile the charges.

There is no jurisdiction under the US flag which doesn't conduct an investigation when a police officer discharges his weapon. SOP.

And especially when they are under a consent decree for excessive use of force. They interviewed us twice about the shooting at our house.
