Running on STX

My wife and I are moving to STX in August. I run about 40+ miles a week at a 7:00 mile pace. I am looking for running routes and people to run with. Can anyone point me any routes or running groups to contact? I am also interested in participating in the ST. Croix Half Ironman. Are there any training groups for this on island?

Thanks,

Shane

Obviously I don't know where you are going to live. But I had no problem running through Shoys & east on the East End Rd also west toward Christinasted from the BUC. I also think you could run the south shore road. Having said that. I'm very used to running narrow roads & serious hills, east end hills are no problem.

I think you'll find many good routes.
