Hello, I am looking to move to the Virgin Islands, and was hoping someone would clue me in on what life is like. I have lived on Islands and in resort communities and all that. So I know about how you have to stay away from places like the Hyatt and Hilton when spending money, and basically eat and shop in more local areas. I have lived on Maui, and loved the weather, but not so much the food or the culture. I can and have done everything, from tending bar to helping to run a real-estate firm. I have a Juris Doctorate, but I'm open to anything. Frankly, just a glance at Craigslist shows some reasonable opportunities for employment.

Those dropdown menus top of the page should be thoroughly absorbed as there's a ton of information there right at your fingertips. It's also wise (and particularly if you've never been here) to make a pre-move visit to get a first hand look. Do your homework and good luck.
