I have Direct TV and Sirrius satellite radio. Are they available there?

DirecTV Latin America or DishNetwork are the choices.
Sirius music stations come with Dish. Not with DirecTV LA
I understand Direct has alot of spanish channels so do your comparisons before signing a contract.
I install and service DishNetwork.

sorry, only check this maybe once per day. I have a portable radio. I have had it work at various beaches and outside of my home as long as I have a good view of the sky. As soon as your tree bound...well, you understand. I don't have a car or home kit - however mine also goes over my wifi to work.

If that's the case they should work in homes. Possibly with a rooftop antenna.
