Saturn to St. Thomas?

My Saturn is paid for with 50,000 miles on it - if I bring it to St. Thomas will I be able to get parts or somebody to work on it?? Thanks in advance!

There is no Saturn dealership that I am aware of, but there are plenty of mechanics....
