We're heading back to STX for a short visit next month (August). Once upon a time we ate at Savant and the "Bartender/Manager" was a rather mysterious West Indian lady who made our evening thoroughly enjoyable. Wondering if she is still there by any chance, and who she was. We would like to eat there again and visit with her if possible.
