Anyone ride scooters around?
Do you need a VI Drivers License to do so?
Do you need insurance? How much is it?
Do they make it up the steeper hills fine?
How much does a used one cost?

Hello Ian,
A couple people ride scooters, not many. You would have some difficultly with two riders on the steep hills and would definately have a big problem getting up them when it rains. St. Thomas & St. John have many more hills to navigate to get to most places as a whole then St. Croix; not sure which island you are interested in moving to???
You do need a drivers license and the scooter needs to be registered with the local DMV. I am pretty sure you need insurance; I don't know the cost for a scooter.
