Hi everyone,

So, my son and I finally made it and we couldnt be happier. Now I am in search of sitters. Does anyone know of anyone that would be interested in babysitting in the evenings? He's actually 7 years old not really a baby anymore.

Thanks,
Tara
Here is my number, still working on a landline and changing cell numbers over to stt.
267-218-5458.

Tara,
I am very interested in babysitting. I currently sit for an 8 yr old girl Margot who goes to school at Antilles (whose mom is also a Tara!) but i'm looking for some more regular clients to supplement my day job.

I'm 27, love kids although I don't have any of my own, and am very reliable and fun. I could give you references from Margot's mom as well as from someone in New York who I used to babysit for. I have my own car and can most likely easily coordinate with you. Please let me know which part of the island you live at. I live in Estate Mandahl (NE end of island) but work in the Red Hook area.

Welcome to St Thomas-- I only just moved here in August, so I'm still a newbie also.
Feel free to call me at 998-1894 or if you can't get through to me on that number, you can call me at work M-F at 776-7653.

Best regards,
Molly

Sorry about that, STT, Frenchmans Bay, right down the street from Bluebeards Beach Club.
Does anyone know the hourly rate for sitters?

Thanks,
Tara

Tara,
After our conversation yesterday, I was thinking about your situation and I'm afraid I won't be able to baby-sit for you for that rate. I wish you the best of luck finding someone else and if you decide at a later point that you'd like to meet me and try to work something out, that would be great.
Best,
Molly
