I am hoping to open a business in the Frederiksted area and am trying to find a law firm that is well connected to both the USVI Port Authority and Parks Department. My research has resulted in 1 firm BoltNagi pc located on STT that might fit the bill. Can anyone recommend any other firm or firms located on STX that they know has expertise in business law, government relations and franchising?

Your input would be most helpful and gratefully appreciated.

FWIW, I just browsed a 2010 phone book, and nothing jumped out at me, Several practice Corporate Law, but are no more specific than that. I think you might have to pound the pavement. If you PM me, I can give you the phone number of a gentleman who says he can help with permits and what not... nice seeming fellow. Don't know him very well... stay on your toes.

You can try calling the Virgin Islands Bar Assoc's St Croix office for a referral in that particular area. Two business/corporate law attorneys with good reps are David Nissman or Vincent Colianni. Don't have first hand knowledge of their work, though.
