The St. Croix Avis reported this morning that the VI Senate recently voted to make the Quadrille the official dance of the U.S. Virging Islands. The final paragraph of the story reads, "The audience in the Senate chambers were dissappointed when the Senators did not dance the Quadrille after the bill passed." I'm not making this up.

What was the name of the reporter who wrote the story? I'm just curious, because I used to work at the Avis.
