That's the first earthquake I've ever felt. That rumble was so weird and it went on for what seemed like a long time.

I am subscribed to VI Alert but got nothing from them. May have to re-subscribe.
They are sort of like WAPA alerts that you get after your power's been off for hours and comes back on and then you get the notice that power will be out.

I didn't feel it but at one store I was at, the fellow who was behind the counter had his wife call to let him know.
They didn't feel anything either.
I was on the road at the time so didn't notice a thing.
Some can shake thngs up pretty good.
It's always interesting when you can hear them coming.
Those plates grinding below the earth from so far away yet they soud like they are coming right up your hill.
Nothing like a little excitement!

I'm glad I'm not crazy! I text my husband to see if he felt it while he was at work and he said no. I heard the rumble and felt the shake for what seemed like a long long time. It freaked my cats out as well!

I couldn't imagine how the really big truck was still hitting whatever thing it was hitting when Kerry and I both looked at each other and said that was an earthquake! In my 40+ years of life, I have never felt an earthquake EVER!! How exciting. 🙂
