I shipped my car down from Pensauken and it took a few weeks. I can't remember exactly but it was just about 2 weeks.

There is a "wait" in Jersey if there is a backlog. Then there is another "wait" in Puerto Rico. Shipping now while it's slow is always a good idea. During high season, it's much longer.

The company is Crowley. Managed Frieght might be a freight forwarder. I'm not familar with them.

Look up Crowley in Pennsauken and call the office there. They'll give you a checklist that you need and approximate wait times. You need an appointment to bring your car down. You can't just show up.
