Check out some condos. There are places begging for renters during July.
Do an internet search. We have stayed at Southgate Courtyard. Very nice, clean, moderate priced. (www.enjoystcroix.com ) . I am sure you can find something if you ask the right questions.

Southgate doesn't have it's rates published. I suggest you give them a call. BD is correct, In June/July owners are anxious to rent. We stayed at Southgate and found it to be nice. Realistically though, we paid about $600 for a week. You might do better with a month's stay, but you're still probaly looking at $1,200 - $1,500 for month.

Good luck.

How about $ 1300.00 for a month at Colony Cove, a water front condo near Christiansted? It has two bedrooms, dish TV, washer/dryer, and much more.

Do you need a lot of amenities? I stayed at the Cane Bay Dive Shop Cottages for 2 weeks & loved it. Clean, comfy, small kitchen, steps from the beach, small b & w TV, friendly people. Check the website.

You own cane bay cottages? They look fantastic! Thank you. I am working on a job that ends either in June or July and I want a long time off and am looking for a condo to buy while I am there. Do I call the number on the web site and ask for who? Cate
