What's to explain. You can subscribe to Sling TV. For $20/month you can watch their channels on most "devices". i.e. smartphones, tablets, etc. If you want to watch their lineup on a regular TV then you need a ROKU set top box. They have a variety of add on channels packages.

The main problem at the moment is that their channel lineup is pretty bad. I suspect this is due to exclusive licensing agreements by many programming providers.
