Solar Contracter?

Anyone have good experiences with residential or commercial solar contractor? Any advice, tips or opinions?

At 58 cents kwh, solar should be worthwhile in Alaska, let alone here!

We have 21 solar panels (STJ) and used ProForma and were very happy

Talk to Dan Boyd at Island Solar, 340-626-9685. He actually lives off-grid (unlike some other solar installers, who don't even use solar at their own homes) and really understands how to get the most efficiency out of a system.

Watch out for any company that just wants to sell you a bunch of panels and put them "wherever you have space".

You might want to buy the set up yourself and just have someone local install.

has prices that are hard to beat.
