Solar & Wind: Need Recommendations on installers

I'm working with two non-profit organizations here on St. Croix to get either solar panels or a wind turbine installed at their shared facility.

Would appreciate knowledge and experience any of you have had with various contractors related to such installations.

The plan is to net-meter with WAPA.
