Just a heads up for anyone here contemplating a purchase of the new HTC Arrive phone which is the first Windows Phone 7 device on Sprint. For some reason it doesn't work correctly in the USVI or PR. I posted details of my travails on this on my blog blendblog.net.
I'll update you guys with what I hear. It is annoying that the Sprint network here and in PR is apparantly different from the network used in the states. I'd love it if anyone has any information on the differences!
