I have a question for those that use Sprint for their Internet access. I've tested my speed using www.speedtest.net and I average about .30mb/s. What are your experiences?

I've been using it down here as a backup for years. It varies widely, but I've never gotten greater than 500 kps. Usually it averages around half that.

Stateside it's routinely over 1mps. Welcome to the islands.

Iris is correct. I've used it for six years and found it's reliable but slow. At least it's available when I need it, more than I can say for some of the other providers. "Welcome to the Islands"!

It's also great back up when the power goes out. I can get at least six hours out of my laptop batteries, and with a Sprint card, it doesn't matter if I've no current to the router or modem. This has come in handy on too many occasions to count. Which is why I keep it.
