We have had good Sprint service on East End STX until about two days ago. I have tried to call Sprint a few times via Skype, because we don't have a landline. They seem to acknowledge the outage, but I have not been able to get any good information from them about when or if we will have service again. Anyone more knowledgeable than me know what's going on?

just an FYI, Sprint doesn't have any towers on the East End of STX, so if you are east of Coakley Bay, you are roaming on AT&T's tower.
make sure roaming is turned on for your phone....and explain it is a roaming problem to Sprint.
