I have "heard" a Mongoose Junction (St. John) style shopping plaza is being built

Nobody is shopping here so why would anybody build yet another shopping center?

Not sure. Just what I was told. Would be a good location for sure. Perhaps I'll buy rent space there for whenever the VI legalizes marijuana. I'll team up,with Famous Deelite and make a killing

The owner of Famous Delite -[ Udder Delight] told me Sunday their lease is up in a few months and the plan for the dairy property is erecting more Middle Income Housing from the same Company that built the one just up the hill from there.

I had heard that as well, the last guy I talked to though said 1 more apartment building only, the rest he said was going to be called Magens Junction. We will see.

My recollection is that plans for this acreage were reported in the media a while back not too long after the dairy closed. I'm sure if you do a little dig you'll find it - or contact your local senatorial rep.

I hope Udder Delight can find a location to move to - it would be a shame to lose such a wonderful and Tasty! place.
