Yes, except possibly for lameshure if it's rained.
Haven't been there in awhile so not sure if they've improved that road.

I would say it depends if it rains/is raining - I have been behind MANY a car trying to get up....
1) the Trunk Bay switchback
2) Jacobs Ladder
3) The entrance to The Marketplace
4) the split from Northshore road to Centerline
and had then roll back towards me - not fun

Echoing what others have said -- if it's not raining, sure! If it's raining or the roads have not dried out from recent rain, you could be putting yourself in a dangerous situation.

Where are you planning to go? If you only go up to Trunk Bay on the North Shore, or down Centerline to Coral Bay, you'll be fine. All the spots Pia mentioned are very risky without 4WD, as are a couple of spots on the South Shore Road if you make it past Jacob's Ladder.

Making sure your tires are properly inflated helps but those roads mentioned do get slick when it rains. No rain, no problem except maybe Lameshure.

What type car do you have?

You should be fine. No rain, no problem. You can always take the center line road to coral bay if it rains. The other spot on the northshore rd. that comes to mind as very steep with a very sharp corner comes after cinnamon bay. That can be challenging.
