STX Crime Will Hault!

Wow.

Just read the article or watch the gov channel, and you will know about 1400+ weapons destroyed. To me this equates to 140 (10 %) less weapons on the street, as most of us agree that weapons into evidence have made thier way out of the room for many years.

Who is this Deputy Chief Howell? The man the VIPD seems to have been waiting for for 30+ years to clear the evidence room? Well, I looked him up, and I am impressed. It seems to me that he has earned every inch of promotion since 1992. Thanks Commissioner Francis for encouraging Chief Howell to uphold the law!
