Brad Nugent, the Assistant Commissioner at U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, has been quoted as saying, "My job is to bring cruise ships." Hmmm....6 months without a single ship. That's not a very impressive job performance, is it?

If his pay was based on the number of cruise ships that actually showed up, his performance may improve dramatcally.
