Nope, there's only one Motor Vehkicles Bureau on STX. It's located near the police station that's just west of and south of (behind UVI. Coming from the east, I believe you take the first road on the left ater the main entrance to UVI, follow it back through the neighborhood (watch for speed bumps and goats) - go straight across the crossroad into the large parking lot at the first intersection (you'll be tempted to take the road to the cop shop that goes up and to your left, but don't). The MVB is at the very far end of that parking large parking lot. Verify these directions, though, as it's been over a year since we went there.

If you haven't been there, be prepared that like may other things, this is nothing like you've experienced in the states. The Bureau is a small building with an open air waiting area with a wooden roof and wooden benches, 4 or 5 service windows, an inspection bay, restrooms, and a soda machine. To be honest, my first impression was, "Oh my goodness, we've landed in Hooterville" (from the TV series Green Acres).

In some ways, it's true -- not exactly a modern facility but the majority of people who were working there and waiting there were friendly (the inspector, "Macho", was a particularly nice man), and the pace was very laid back. Bring a smile and your patience.
