I am trying to find a supplier for the pre-cut wooden jalousie window blades? Is there a supplier her on STX? Possibly a mechanic that is familiar with changing out? Thank you.

Yes, Centerline in Fredriksted used to do glass and cedar blades.
The wood jalousies have to be primed and painted. Maybe they will do that for you also.
