According to this website, average annual rainfall for christiansted is 43.3" and number of wet days in December is 8. Looks like we passed both with flying colors!

There has never been a year in my 34 yrs in this house when I have had the gutters Dis-Connected for weeks at a time - I go back out and reconnect them and 2 days later the cistern is overflowing again - this has been true since Sept.
