Hello,

I have made a trip to stj and stt and found two great agents on the islands.. I am getting conflicting stories about which condos allow large animals on stx. Please contact me if you are a agent that is up on the by laws of the condos.. I am a real cash buyer.

STC Condos do NOT allow dogs. One cat is okay.
Not a realator, just own there.

Most condos don't allow large dogs and have size/weight restrictions on them. Many don't even allow cats.

There are a couple in STT that do but assume your realtor has let you know which ones they are. You may have to purchase a home on STX, if you want to keep your pup. Prices are lower than in STT or STJ.

Look up Cynthia Taylor. She is a realtor on STX that we are working with. She is smart, down to earth, and tells it like it is.

Good luck!

On St Croix, Questa Verde condos allow owners to have 2 pets under 25 lbs each - either cats or dogs (that would be a real big cat, haha!).

There are a couple great condos for sale there - the complex is lovely and the location is super convenient.

Thanks so much for all the great feedback!! I will have to look up Taylor. My lab does like her food, a gentle giant.
