Did anyone else notice the application to operate the huge coal fired boiler by STX Renascence in the Avis. A copy of the application is available at the library in Csted. Check it out. They will burn petro-coke and heavy oil to generate electricity and produce water.

Coke is definitely cheaper to burn - and dirtier. The advantage and disadvantage will both wash out once they buy the appropriate technology to deal with the emissions.
