Anthing Goes Deli, Gallows Bay, pan seared tuna with sautaed onions and tomatoes, rice and small salad $11.00. Very good, about a pound of tuna, nicely seasoned rice , fresh greens and sliced tomatoes. Enough for lunch and dinner. This is going to be my favorite lunch/dinner. Service is OK, outside tables.

Went to Lori's Deli in Beaston Hill yesterday. I had the Italian cold cut, it was huge. I only could eat half. It was $10. The roll was so nice and fresh. Husband had the meatball sub for $10 also very good.
Having the other half of my sub today for lunch 🙂

We hadn't been to tutu benes in at least a year maybe two. It had gone down hill around then, maybe had a bad chef I don't know. But we went there for a large b'day party last night and the food was incredible, but what I was really blow away by was the service. We had about 20 to 25 people, no one ever had a empty glass, food came out very quickly and the waiter did separate checks for everyone! Separate checks is like a stx miracle. I was really blown away. Its going back into my regular rotation.

Went to Rowdy Joe's last night. We had the pressed turkey sandwich with potato salad. I love it, he uses real roasted turkey and boy was it good. They also had Mercy Child playing and he sounded great.

Yes, we need something in that (Reef) location. Very excited about it and will look forward to it's opening. Anyone know anything about what type restaurant it will be?

For real this time? Dennis has been threatening that since I moved to St. Croix in 2005. He's told me that personally many times in just one season. Can't wait for the Pelican to open. I like having dining options.

I worked closely with Andreas when I worked at the Bucc. He is good. I know he has the background, but can he handle the stress of the Terrace?

i found this posted on jobs at craigslist Hard working sous desired. Looking for someone who is dedicated to his or her craft and loves being in the kitchen. Small crew so it is manditory that you are versitile in hot, cold, sweet, and savory. I grew up in Washington and Oregon and have just recentley relocated here. It's time to light a fire under the scene here since every person who works in a kitchen here is either stoned or drunk all the time and nearly all the food sucks. I need someone with ethics and the desire to put out great food. Email resume and let's talk.
