STX Shopping Question

I was wondering if anyone has seen the nutritonal drink called BOOST in the grocery stores or Kmart. It is sort of like Ensure but for some reason Boost is the only one that doesn't make me sick.

I was trying to find out if it was possible to buy it there. I had already made a plan to ship some to myself after I was there but it would be most helpful to know if it is available there so that I was able to buy some to hold me over until the shipment gets there. It is about 9-11 dollars a six pack here so I already know it won't be cheap.

If anyone has noticed it in a store could you please let me know?

Thanks,
Lori

See it all the time on STX. I'll be shopping tomorrow. I'll try to remember to notice price and stock on hand.

Hi Lori,

At K-mart, plenty on the shelf. $9.99 for a 6-pack of 8 oz.., either chocolate or vanilla. Now get this....a 12-pack was $21.99, only vanilla. I assume they order more 6-packs, so they get a much better price, and when they do their percentage mark-up, that's just how it works out, but it still seems odd. Looks like the pricing is right in line though. That's a good thing. It may even be less at Pueblo or Plaza.

Hi Juanita!

Thanks a million. That helps me a lot. It is funny that the 12 pack is $21.99...nothing surprises me though. The pricing is right on target with what I spend here already. I was more worried about whether or not I would have to go through the hassle of having it shipped there and am very happy to know that I won't have to deal with that. We will be sure to check Pueblo and Plaza when we get there.

Thanks again.....this is one less thing I have to concern myself with before we leave. Thanks!!
