I feel your pain with the dog thing. Ours isn't terrified shes angry/excited. Runs all around the yard barking until she's horse and her tongue is to the ground. Have tried all the doggie knock out drugs the vet has and it does very little to slow her down. So we let her out to bark for a hour or so, make her come in for water and then let her out again. And pray that when we turn on the a/c for the night it will drown out the thunder sounds. The only thing this one seems to be scared of is the weed wacker. Then she's between my legs....lol

Sunshine, do you have a service spraying your house monthly? When we first moved here the previous owner gave us some stuff to spray but we kept seeing the centipeds. We then hired someone to spray. It took a few months but now we don't see them in the house anymore and only a few outside.

i think the house was broken into while i was at work, the tim worked a double today, the louvers in tims room are pried apart and the screen is on the floor, but nothings missing, nothing and tim's beer is still in the fridge and his watches are still on his dresser, very strange,i thought about calling the cops but it would take them an hour to get here to tell them nothing was stolen,so i called the tim and told him all this, well i'm home the next 3 nights if they come back,i still say it's the trash family up the hill

That one is pretty good, her first big one is still one of my fav "snow flower and the secret fan". I love a good historical novel with great characterization. If you like lisa see you should try Isabel Allende. What Lisa does for China, Isabel does for south america and california.

Today's Avis Kmart ad headline:

Here is what you wants and needs at Kmart appliances

Is this a joke? Never mind it got written by someone at Kmart, wouldn't you think a proof-reader at the Avis would have caught that?
