What are the taxes for undeveloped land on St. John? Thanks!

property taxes are in a state of limbo. the last bill sent out was 2006 and that was recalled. If you have a specific property in mind the realtor would know. http://public.usvi.cavucorp.com/ is the tax assessor's site

call the taxation department.

You,or the seller, will need to pay all the back taxes. Make sure you get a clearance letter from the tax department.

If not they might come back years later, like they tried last year, to get more money out of your hide!
