Good day everyone!
My husband (hs science teacher) and I, (elementary teacher assistant/secretary) are in the fact gathering mode to help us learn more about the teaching opportunities in the USVI. We have been to the vis several times and would love to relocate there, if we are able to secure jobs in our field. Our children are grown and on their own and this seems like the "right" time to make our move. Any first hand information you can share with me would be greatly appreciated....we know that the pay is not great, but we are in NC now (originally from NJ) and have become used to the low pay scale already...sad but true...thanks...Laurie

LaurieJ: I just put "teaching jobs" in the Search function (under Forum Tools) and got 3 pages of posts. I know there are websites and phone numbers listed. Science teachers are always needed! Good luck with your search.
