What kind of teaching jobs are available, who do you contact to get general information, and where do you apply.

There is a section on teaching.
Dept. of Education would be the place to contact for public school employment, they are at http://www.teachislands.vi/
And visit the School section of this site where you will find a list of private schols and public schools. The private schools that have web sites have links to them and most have their employment requirements and applicaiton on their web site. For those that do not you can call them and get more information.
