To all listening,
We are looking to relocate in the VI. We are both bleeding heart liberals and seek a more inclusive society where differences are celebrated and cherished. I understand that the VI has one of the largest oil refineries in the world and Osama has vowed to destroy our economy not to mention the fact that the USA has not built a new refinery in about 30 years. I am sure we would love the weather and was hoping for a little distance from the terror threat.

I can see the refinery from my porch. I guess I know intellectually that it's a possible target, but I'm not holding my breath.
